We believe finding the right psychiatric care shouldn’t be difficult. At Restore, we make it easier to access thoughtful, personalized treatment while accepting major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medi-Cal.
Our Approach
Care Starts With Being Heard
We take the time to understand you not just your symptoms. From your first visit, we listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan around your needs and goals.
Care may include medication management, therapy, ADHD treatment, or other supportive services. We welcome teens 13+ and adults, with both in-person and virtual appointments available.

Marianna Chavez
NP, PMHNP-BC, APRN
Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Marianna Chavez is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and helping patients take an active role in their care. With experience across emergency, community, and psychiatric settings, she takes an individualized, integrative approach that considers each patient’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Gayatri Doshi
NP, PMHNP-BC, APRN
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Gayatri Doshi is an ANCC-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience caring for patients across a wide range of ages and mental health needs. She creates a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment and takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to developing personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Bradley Warren
MD
Collaborating Psychiatrist & Medical Director
Dr. Warren has worked in mental health care since 1976, with experience spanning social work, psychiatry, private practice, and the Veterans Administration. He completed his medical training at USC and psychiatric training and fellowships at UCLA. He believes the relationship between provider and patient is at the heart of effective psychiatric care.

Office Manager
Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings a strong passion for mental health to her role. She keeps the administrative side of Restore running smoothly so patients and providers can focus on what matters most.

Office Assistant | Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse, Anne brings a healthcare background and a compassionate, patient-centered perspective to her role. She helps create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for patients and the Restore team.
