Hi, I’m Marianna, your Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Southern California. I am deeply passionate about destigmatizing mental illness and promoting mental wellness. I am dedicated to advocating for the mental health needs of my patients and empowering individuals to actively participate in their treatment and recovery journeys. I am driven to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges.

I possess a profound passion for my work. Throughout my career, I have gained invaluable experience working in diverse clinical settings, from the emergency department to community mental health centers.

  • Bachelor of Science Biology (BS)- California State University San Marcos
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) – National University
  • Master of Science Nursing (MSN) – West Coast University

My approach is integrative psychotherapy and medication management. I see each patient as a unique being. As a result, I treat each patient like the valuable, unique individual they are. I utilize conventional psychiatry and alternatives such as natural supplements and nutritional psychiatry. In my practice, your mental, physical, and emotional needs are addressed while encouraging preventative measures using a holistic approach.

Dr. Bradley Warren

M.D., Collaborating Psychiatrist, Medical Director

I’ve been a mental health professional since 1976, when I started as a social worker. I went to medical school and graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1986. I completed a psychiatric residency and fellowships at UCLA, having trained in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry where I functioned as a psychiatrist working with people with a variety of medical conditions. I worked for the Veterans Administration for 17 years treating combat veterans and have held a variety of other posts as well as doing private practice.

The most important tool at our disposal as psychiatric clinicians is our relationship and communication with our patients and their families (when appropriate and desired). All our medications talk therapies, and recommendations become alive and possible within that sacred space of the special bond that we form together. It is as important that our patients come to know us as we come to know and understand them. In this way, we form a team that allows the special unfolding of all we do together and allows us to pursue the aim of wellness.

Each person is like a unique musical instrument that comes without instructions, takes a lifetime to learn to play, and easily goes out of tune. Our task is to discover the nature of the instrument, learn how to play it, and to tune it up when needed. This is a task that can only be undertaken together. We look forward to working with you!
